Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Landis Valley Museum in Lancaster, PA.

Time: Arrive by 4:45PM for the 5:00PM ceremony. [add to calendar]

Location: The ceremony will take place in the Firehouse. Signs will direct you from the parking lot to the wedding location. The reception will follow in the Yellow Barn.

Directions: From Oregon Pike, turn North-West onto Landis Valley Road. Turn right into the big parking lot (there is a green sign for "Landis Valley Museum"). Please note that GPS directions may be slightly off, so if you are using GPS search for "Hands on House" and that will get you very close.

    How We Met

    Shelby attended Mt. Vernon Christian Church, where Jonathan’s brother Andrew and family also attended. Andrew had been hinting for them to meet for about a year. Finally, when Shelby returned from a six month discipleship training school through YWAM, Jonathan asked her out for dinner.

    Proposal

    Almost three months after their first date, Jonathan proposed to Shelby at The Pottery Works, one of their favorite date spots. A week earlier, he had painted her name on a heart-shaped box that contained the engagement ring. He surprised her with it after they had finished painting that evening.
